摘 要:根据GJB150.18-1986标准中关于中量级冲击试验的有关规定,依据已有的研究成果及试验数据,对中量级冲击试验作用过程进行了分析,并对其中关键部件的质量、连接刚度及阻尼进行了计算,建立了中量级冲击试验多自由度质量刚度阻尼动力学模型,经试验验证,计算结果与试验结果最大偏差在12%以内。利用该模型,分析得到了摆锤高度、支撑槽钢数量和螺栓安装跨距对冲击试验载荷的影响规律。研究结论可用于指导支撑槽钢数量及其安装跨距的选取,以及中型冲击机上非标试验的开展。The paper analyzes the action process of the medium-weight impact test specified in GJB150.18-1986.Based on existing research results and experimental data,the mass,connection stiffness,and damping of key components are calculated.A multi-degree-of-freedom mass-stiffness-damping dynamic model for the mediumweight impact test is established.The experimental verification shows that the maximum deviation between the calculation results and the experimental results is within 12%.Using this model,the influence of pendulum height,number of support channel steel,and bolt installation span on the impact test load is analyzed,which can be used to guide the selection of the number of support channel steel and its installation span,as well as the development of non-standard tests on medium-weight impact machines.
