摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会提出了深化文化体制机制改革的重要任务,把“优化文化服务和文化产品供给机制”作为主要的改革方向之一。面向推进中国式现代化的要求,完善公共文化服务体系建设,需要聚焦于“建立优质文化资源直达基层机制,健全社会力量参与公共文化服务机制,推进公共文化设施所有权和使用权分置改革”“分类推进文化事业单位深化内部改革”等一系列重点任务。The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has put forward the important task of deepening the reform of cultural institutions and mechanisms.A key direction of this reform is to“optimizing the supply mechanism of cultural services and products”.To meet the demands of promoting China's modernization and improving the construction of the public cultural service system,several key areas require attention.These include“establishing a mechanism for high-quality cultural resources to reach the grassroots,improving the mechanism for social forces to participate in public cultural services,and pushing forward the reform of the separation of ownership and usage rights of public cultural facilities”and“pushing forward the deepening of internal reforms of cultural institutions”.
