摘 要:肾脏疾病是影响数百万人的全球公共卫生问题,近几年来患病率迅速上升。目前对肾脏的各种保护措施的疗效或可用性有限,因此迫切需要更多肾脏保护措施。鞘脂和鞘脂代谢物因其在肾脏疾病中起着重要作用而受到关注。其中鞘氨醇1-磷酸(S1P)作为一种强生物活性鞘脂,参与急性肾损伤、糖尿病肾病、肾移植物功能的恢复、慢性肾脏疾病等多种肾脏疾病的发病与进展。文章综述了S1P在肾脏疾病中的保护作用和意义及其相关信号通路的研究进展,对预防肾脏疾病的发病和降低病死率具有重要意义。Kidney disease is a global public health issue affecting millions of people,with its prevalence rapidly increasing in recent years.Currently,the efficacy or availability of various kidney protective measures is limited,creating an urgent need for more kidney-protective strategies.Sphingolipids and their metabolites have attracted attention due to their important role in kidney diseases.Sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P),a bioactive sphingolipid,is involved in the pathogenesis and progression of various kidney diseases,including acute kidney injury,diabetic nephropathy,recovery of renal graft function,and chronic kidney disease.This article reviews the protective effects and significance of SiP in kidney diseases and the progress in research on related signaling pathways,which are of great importance for preventing the onset of kidney disease and reducing mortality.
