摘　　要：麻醉重症监护病房(AICU)主要收治术前存在多种合并症及术中发生严重不良事件的高危患者, 麻醉医师通过床旁即时超声、神经阻滞术等AICU的特色诊疗技术降低患者术后并发症的发生风险, 保障患者连续治疗的同时改善其预后。文章综述了AICU的特色诊疗技术, 包括床旁即时超声的应用、最低有效剂量个体化镇静、多模式镇痛、气道管理、容量管理及监测管理策略, 体现AICU的特色诊疗及管理优势。The anesthesia intensive care unit(AICU)primarily admits high-risk patients with multiple preoperative comorbidities and those experiencing severe intraoperative adverse events.Anesthesiologists utilize specialized diagnostic and treatment techniques in the AICU,such as bedside point-of-care ultrasound and nerve block procedures,to reduce the risk of postoperative complications and ensure continuous care while improving patient outcomes.This article reviews the specialized diagnostic and therapeutic techniques of the AICU,including the application of bedside ultrasound,individualized sedation with the minimum effective dose,multimodal analgesia,airway management,volume management,and monitoring strategies,highlighting the AICU's specialized approach and management advantages.
