摘 要:脓毒症是临床最常见和最严重的急危重症患者发病和死亡的原因之一,是重症监护治疗病房患者主要的死亡原因。血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)作为血红素降解的关键限速酶,具有抗炎、抗氧化、调控细胞凋亡及促进血管内皮生长的功能,可参与调控多种分子机制,是治疗脓毒症的潜在靶点。文章着重介绍关于HO-1对心、肝、肾、肺、脑等器官脓毒症损伤的保护作用,归纳、总结近年来相关研究中涉及的保护机制,进一步了解HO-1的分子机制,探讨HO-1在器官脓毒症损伤中的治疗潜力,有助于探索临床脓毒症器官损伤新的防治策略。Sepsis is one of the most common and severe causes of morbidity and mortality in critically ill patients and is the leading cause of death in intensive care unit patients.Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),a key rate-limiting enzyme in heme degradation,has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant functions,and can regulate apoptosis and promote endothelial growth.It plays a role in regulating various molecular mechanisms and is a potential therapeutic target for sepsis.This article focuses on the protective effect of HO-1 on sepsis-induced injuries in the heart,liver,kidneys,lungs,and brain.It summarizes and highlights the protective mechanisms involved in recent studies,deepens the understanding of HO-1's molecular mechanisms,and explores its therapeutic potential in organ damage caused by sepsis,in an effort to explore new strategies for the prevention and treatment of organ injury in clinical sepsis.
