摘 要:目前防灾救援疏散规范的站台设计标准是针对带列车门梯的列车制定的,而紧急救援站站台宽度、高度、位置等设计标准关系到人员从事故列车疏散到安全区域的时间及效率,对于现行动车组列车,客室地面较高及门梯数量有限导致疏散时间偏长及存在次生安全隐患风险是亟待解决的问题。首先详细调研现行紧急救援站站台的设计现状,归纳现行标准存在的问题;然后结合铁路公司应急演练实际情况,深入研究隧道紧急救援站站台标准方案,提出“现行站台+列车配门梯”“不侵限高站台”“不侵限中高站台”“修改限界高站台”及“高站台加翻板”5种设计方案,对各自优缺点进行详细分析并进行方案比选;最后推荐“修改限界高站台”与“高站台加翻板”方案,以此为基础对隧道防灾疏散救援规范进行修正,为我国铁路隧道防灾救援工程标准全面制定提供参考。The current platform design standards for disaster prevention and rescue evacuation are formulated for trains equipped with door steps.However,the design standards for the width,height and location of emergency rescue station platforms are critical in determining the time and efficiency of evacuating passengers from trains involved in accidents to safety areas.For modern high-speed trains,the higher cabin floors and the limited number of door steps result in longer evacuation times and pose secondary safety risks,which require urgent resolution.This study first investigated the current design practices for emergency rescue station platforms and identified issues in the existing standards.Based on actual emergency drills conducted by railway companies,it then conducted an in-depth study of platform design standards for tunnel emergency rescue stations.Five design schemes were presented:“Existing Platform+Train With Door Steps”,“Non-Intrusive High Platforms”,“Non-Intrusive Medium-High Platforms”,“Modified Clearance High Platforms”and“High Platforms with Flip Boards”.The advantages and disadvantages of each proposal were analyzed in detail and compared.In the end,the paper recommended the“Modified Clearance High Platform”and the“High Platform with Flip Boards”as the most suitable designs.These recommendations serve as a basis for revising the railway tunnel disaster prevention and evacuation standards and provide valuable insights for the development of comprehensive emergency rescue engineering standards for railway tunnels in China.
