装配式地铁出入口结构整体性能试验研究

摘  要:提出一种由2片反对称C型构件组拼、横向接缝采用型钢插入式连接的地铁车站装配式出入口结构。为研究型钢插入连接节点的力学特性,验证其整体力学性能,设计并制作了1组1/2比例缩尺构件模型,通过静力加载试验研究其裂缝发展、破坏形态、承载能力及变形能力。试验数据及分析结果表明:(1)试件加载至荷载设计值时,出入口横向连接处出现裂缝,此时裂缝宽度小于0.01 mm而无法测量,顶板跨中挠度为3.24 mm,仅为其净跨度的1/1150,裂缝宽度和挠度均满足规范要求;(2)试件加载至极限荷载时,顶板发生类似无腹筋梁的斜拉破坏,顶板极限挠度为37.22 mm,横向接缝处混凝土未剥落,横向连接不影响试件整体破坏形态;(3)装配式地铁出入口极限承载力为荷载设计值的3.23倍,极限承载力满足规范要求且有明显安全余度;(4)加载超过设计荷载时,混凝土应变数据较小,侧墙混凝土未剥落,接缝处混凝土工作性能良好;(5)型钢接口横缝处钢筋应变均未超过300με,约为型钢应变值的10%,加载过程中试件所受弯矩主要由型钢承担。通过模型试验,验证了新型连接形式优越的力学性能,能较好地应用于装配式出入口等地下装配式结构的节点连接。This article proposed a prefabricated subway station entrance structure composed of two anti-symmetrical C-shaped components,with lateral joints connected using inserted steel profile connection.In order to study the mechanical properties of the inserted steel profile connection joints and evaluate the overall structural performance,a 1/2 scale component model was designed and fabricated.Static loading tests were performed to assess crack development,failure modes,load-bearing capacity,and deformation capacity.The experimental data and analysis results indicated that:(1)When the load reached the design value,cracks appeared at the lateral connection of the entrance,with crack widths less than 0.01 mm,which were too small to measure.The deflection at the mid-span of the top plate was 3.24 mm,only 1/1150 of the net span,and both the crack width and deflection met the code requirements.(2)When the specimen was subjected to the ultimate load,the top plate experienced shear failure similar to a beam without stirrups,with an ultimate deflection of 37.22 mm.The concrete at the lateral joint did not spall,and the lateral connection did not affect the overall failure mode of the specimen.(3)The ultimate load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated subway entrance structure was 3.23 times the design load,meeting the code requirements and demonstrating obvious safety margins.(4)When the load exceeded the design value,concrete strain data remained low,with no spalling of the side walls,and the concrete at the joints maintained good performance.(5)The strain of the reinforcing steel at the inserted steel profile connection interface did not exceed 300με,about 10%of the strain in the steel profile,and the bending moment during loading was mainly carried by the steel profile.The model tests confirmed the superior mechanical performance of this new connection method,demonstrating its potential for use in connections of prefabricated underground structures,such as subway entrances.
