摘 要:随着都市圈的发展,市域铁路建设进入快速发展阶段。市域铁路具备衔接干线铁路、城际铁路和城市轨道交通的作用,需要网络化、公交化、智能化,实现CTCS与CBTC互联互通。由于市域铁路需要支持CTCS与CBTC跨线运营,实现干线铁路、城际铁路、市域铁路和城市轨道交通的四网融合,而干线铁路、城际铁路普遍采用CTCS制式,且CTCS制式支持更为广泛的从低速到高速的运行速度,具有丰富的互联互通运营经验和完备的标准体系。因此,市域铁路更适合采用CTCS制式。同时,市域铁路普遍要求具备自动驾驶功能,以提高系统运输效率,所以需要采用CTCS+ATO的列控系统。经过分析,建议基于高铁CTCS2+ATO列控系统开发市域铁路列控系统。为了缩短追踪间隔,实现公交化运营,建议增加自动折返功能,以缩短折返间隔;为控制车站规模,减少土建工程投资,建议接车进路增加保护区段,将保护区段布置在出站信号机内方,以缩短车站股道有效长;为支持四网融合,建议开发兼容CTCS和CBTC两种制式的车载设备,在CTCS线路以CTCS等级运行,在CBTC线路以CBTC等级运行,满足市域铁路CTCS与CBTC跨线运营需求。With the development of metropolitan areas,urban railway construction has entered a rapid growth stage.Urban railway plays a role in connecting mainline railways,intercity railways,and urban railway transit,requiring networked,transit-oriented,and intelligent operations,as well as interoperability between CTCS and CBTC systems.Since urban railways need to support cross-line operations between CTCS and CBTC,achieving the integration of the four networks of mainline railways,intercity railways,urban railways and urban rail transit is essential.Given that mainline and intercity railways commonly use the CTCS system,which supports a broad range of speeds from low to high and has extensive interoperability experience and a comprehensive standards system,CTCS is more suitable for urban railways.Additionally,urban railways often require automatic driving functions to improve transportation efficiency,making a CTCS+ATO train control system necessary.After analysis,it was recommended to develop an urban rail train control system based on the high-speed railway CTCS2+ATO train control system.To reduce headway and achieve transit-oriented operation,it was suggested to add an automatic turnback function to shorten turnaround intervals.To control station size and reduce civil engineering investment,it was advised to include protection sections on arrival routes,placing these sections within the departure signal to shorten the effective track length at stations.To support the integration of the four networks,it was recommended to develop onboard equipment compatible with both CTCS and CBTC systems,operating at CTCS levels on CTCS lines and at CBTC levels on CBTC lines to meet the cross-line operation requirements of urban railways for both CTCS and CBTC.
