摘  要:智能网业务是铁路调度通信的特色业务,能够显著提升铁路运输指挥效率。GSM-R系统基于No.7信令网等电路交换方式实现智能网业务,该方式不适用于IP化的5G-R网络。为了实现基于5G-R的智能网业务,需分析5G-R智能网业务需求,对5G-R智能网业务实现方案展开研究。首先,对智能网业务场景和相关数据存储需求进行分析,提出两种实现5G-R智能网业务的方案;其次,从业务实现复杂度和故障影响范围等方面对两种方案进行对比分析,建议采用设置全路共用智能网设备和局智能网单元两级架构的方案实现智能网业务,并在此基础上提出5G-R智能网系统架构,阐释系统各部分组成功能;最后,基于所提出的方案对功能号注册、注销、查询、强制注销,功能寻址、基于位置的呼叫限制和基于位置寻址等智能网业务的实现流程进行分析研究。该方案既能实现智能网业务、提升业务寻址效率,也能最大程度减少共用设备的角色权重,降低共用设备故障对业务的影响,提高5G-R系统整体可靠性。Intelligent network service is a distinctive service of railway dispatching communication,significantly enhancing the command efficiency of railway transportation.The GSM-R system implements intelligent network services based on circuit-switched methods such as No.7 signaling network,which is not applicable to IP-based 5G-R networks.To achieve intelligent network services based on 5G-R,it is necessary to analyze the business requirements of 5G-R intelligent network and conduct research on the implementation scheme of 5G-R intelligent network services.First,we analyzed the business scenarios and related data storage requirements of the intelligent network and proposed two solutions to implement 5G-R intelligent network services.Then,we compared the two solutions in terms of implementation complexity and fault impact range,recommending a two-tier architecture with a shared intelligent network device for the entire railway and local intelligent network units.On this basis,we proposed a 5G-R intelligent network system architecture and explained the function of each component.Finally,based on the proposed scheme,we analyzed the implementation processes for various intelligent network services,including function number registration,deregistration,inquiry,forced deregistration,functional addressing,location-based call restriction,and location-based addressing.This approach not only enables intelligent network services and improves service addressing efficiency but also minimizes the role of shared devices,reducing the impact of shared device failures on services and enhancing the overall reliability of the 5G-R system.
