摘 要:采用羟基封端二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)和苯基丙基硅氧烷(PPPS)改性环氧树脂(PDMS/EP和PPPS/EP),通过红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、力学性能及热性能测试研究了不同聚硅氧烷对环氧树脂结构和性能的影响。结果表明,PDMS与PPPS均与环氧树脂发生了共聚反应。两种改性树脂的拉伸强度随着聚硅氧烷用量的增加均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。在PPPS添加质量分数为20%时,PPPS/EP的拉伸强度与冲击强度分别比纯环氧树脂高45.7%和30%,环氧树脂的强度和韧性同时得到提高。PDMS/EP的冲击强度最高提升了118%。断裂形貌结果显示两种树脂内部都产生了海岛形貌的相结构,并且PPPS/EP的相结构尺寸要小于PDMS/EP。两种聚硅氧烷均可提高环氧树脂的热稳定性,PPPS/EP的耐热性更好并且残炭率更高,1000℃时残炭率可达15.7%。The epoxy resin were modified by hydroxyl-terminated dimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and phenylpropylsiloxane(PPPS).The effects of different polysiloxanes on the structure and properties of epoxy resin were studied by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mechanical property and thermal property tests.The results showed that both PDMS and PPPS were copolymerized with epoxy resin.The tensile strength of the two modified resins increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of polysiloxane amount.When the mass fraction of PPPS was 20%,the tensile strength and impact strength of PPPS/EP were 45.7%and 30%higher than those of pure epoxy resin,respectively,and the strength and toughness of epoxy resin were improved at the same time.The impact strength of PDMS/EP was increased by 118%.The results of fracture morphology showed that the phase structure of island morphology was produced in both resins,and the phase structure size of PPPS/EP was smaller than that of PDMS/EP.Both polysiloxanes could improve the thermal stability of epoxy resin.The PPPS/EP had better heat resistance and higher carbon residue rate,and the carbon residue rate could reach 15.7%at 1000℃.
