防风芎归汤加味联合依巴斯汀片治疗慢性荨麻疹血虚风燥证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察防风芎归汤加味联合依巴斯汀片治疗慢性荨麻疹(CU)血虚风燥证的临床疗效。方法:选取CU血虚风燥证患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予依巴斯汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础给予防风芎归汤加味治疗,2组均治疗8周。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组症状评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、凝血指标血清D-二聚体(D-D)和纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)水平,统计不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组78.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,2组DLQI评分逐渐降低(P<0.05),且观察组DLQI评分低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清D-D与FDP水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清D-D与FDP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:防风芎归汤加味联合依巴斯汀片治疗CU血虚风燥证患者的临床疗效较好,可改善凝血功能,有助于患者症状体征与生活质量的好转。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Fangfeng Xionggui Decoction combined with Ebastine Tablets for chronic urticaria(CU)with blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome.Methods:A total of 76 cases of CU patients with blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ebastine Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Fangfeng Xionggui Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated;symptom scores,Dermatology Quality of Life Index(DLQI)scores,levels of coagulation indexes of serum D-dimer(D-D)and fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)were compared between the two groups;the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results:The total effective rate was 97.37%in the observation group,higher than that of 78.95%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After four and eight weeks of treatment,DLQI scores in the two groups were gradually decreased(P<0.05),and DLQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the same timepoint(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum D-D and FDP in the two groups were decreased whencompared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum D-D and FDP in the observationgroup were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being foundin the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Fangfeng Xionggui Decoction combined with Ebastine Tablets has a good clinical effect in thetreatment of CU patients with blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrom
