益气养阴通络方加减联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴通络方加减联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将96例单纯性DR患者分为对照组、治疗组各48例。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴通络方加减治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、眼部相关指标、视功能指标及视网膜动脉血流参数水平,并评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、出血灶面积、视野灰度值、视网膜动脉搏动指数较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分、眼部相关指标及视网膜动脉搏动指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组最佳矫正视力、视野平均敏感度、视网膜动脉平均血流速度、峰值血流速度均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组视功能指标及视网膜动脉平均血流速度、峰值血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良反应。结论:益气养阴通络方加减联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗单纯性DR疗效确切,能够提高患者视功能,改善视网膜动脉血流,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Prescription combined with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules on simple diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with simple DR were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral administration of Calcium Dobesilate Capsules,and the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,eye-related indexes,visual function indexes and parameters of artery blood in retina were compared before and after treatment;clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,central macular thickness,area of hemorrhagic focus,gray value of visual field and retinal artery pulse indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome syndrome score,eye-related indexes and retinal artery pulse indexes in the treatmentgroup were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visualacuity,the average sensitivity of visual field,the average blood flow velocity of retinal artery and the peakblood flow velocity in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the visual function indexes,the average blood flow velocity of retinal artery and the peak bloodflow velocity in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactionoccurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Prescription combined with CalciumDobesilate Capsules has a definite curative effect in the treatment of simple DR,which can enhance thevisual function of patients and improve th
