益肾活血汤联合芬吗通治疗肾虚血瘀型围绝经期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血汤联合芬吗通治疗肾虚血瘀型围绝经期综合征(PMS)的临床疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法:回顾性选取82例肾虚血瘀型PMS患者的临床资料,按治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组给予芬吗通治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益肾活血汤治疗,2组均治疗28 d。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、改良Kupperman评分、血清性激素指标,统计不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组75.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、改良Kupperman评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清雌二醇(E_(2))水平较治疗前升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾活血汤联合芬吗通治疗肾虚血瘀型PMS患者疗效较好,可有效缓解患者症状体征,调节性激素水平,药物安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with Femoston on perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and its effect on the levels of sex hormones in patients.Methods:The clinical data of 82 cases of patients with PMS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were retrospectively selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Femoston,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yishen Huoxue Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated;traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,modified Kupperman scores and serum sex hormone indexes were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the incidence of adverse reactions was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 92.68%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and modified Kupperman scores in the twogroups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels offollicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in serum in the two groups were decreasedwhen compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were lowerthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum estradiol(E_(2))in the two groups were increasedwhen compared with those before treatment,and the level in the observation group was higher than that inthe control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the incidence ofadverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Huoxue Decoction combinedwith Femoston for PMS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has a good cu
