丹栀逍遥散联合中药面膜治疗青春期痤疮肝经郁热证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥散联合中药面膜治疗青春期痤疮肝经郁热证的临床疗效。方法:选取青春期痤疮肝经郁热证患者76例,按随机数字表法分为西药组和联合组各38例。西药组给予盐酸多西环素片治疗,联合组给予丹栀逍遥散联合中药面膜治疗。2组连续治疗8周。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组皮损评分、肝经郁热证症状评分及性激素水平。结果:联合组总有效率为94.74%,高于西药组73.68%(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,2组痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组GAGS评分低于同时间点西药组(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,2组肝经郁热证症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组肝经郁热证症状评分低于同时间点西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)水平较治疗前升高,睾酮(T)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且联合组血清E_(2)、LH水平高于西药组,T水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散联合中药面膜治疗青春期痤疮肝经郁热证的临床疗效较好,可改善患者的面部皮损症状,调节性激素水平,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with Chinese herbal facial mask on adolescent acne with syndrome of liver-meridian heat stagnation.Methods:A total of 76 patients with adolescent acne with syndrome of liver-meridian heat stagnation were selected and divided into the western medicine group and the combination group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The western medicine group was given Doxycycline Hydrochloride Tablets,and the combination group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with Chinese herbal facial mask.The two groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated,and the skin lesion scores,the symptom scores of syndrome of liver-meridian heat stagnation and the levels of sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was94.74%in the combination group,higher than that of 73.68%in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After four and eight weeks of treatment,the GAGS scores in the two groups were decreased whencompared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the GAGS score in the combination group was lowerthan that in the western medicine group at the same time point(P<0.05).After four and eight weeks oftreatment,the symptom scores of syndrome of liver-meridian heat stagnation in the two groups weredecreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom scores of syndromeof liver-meridian heat stagnation in the combination group were lower than those in the western medicinegroup at the same time points(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizinghormone(LH)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and theserum levels of testosterone(T)were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);and the serum levels of E_(2) and LH in the combination group were higher than those in the western medicinegroup,and the T level was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.0
