喉宁雾化剂联合耳穴疗法治疗气管插管术后咽痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察喉宁雾化剂联合耳穴疗法治疗气管插管术后咽痛的临床疗效。方法:100例气管插管术后咽痛患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予喉宁雾化剂联合耳穴疗法治疗。比较2组治疗前后咽痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、伯格曼舒适度评分(BCS),并评价2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗12 h、24 h后咽部VAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),BCS评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后咽痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),BCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喉宁雾化剂联合耳穴疗法治疗气管插管术后咽痛,能够明显缓解术后咽痛及不适感,临床疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Houning Aerosol Inhalation combined with auricular point therapy on pharyngalgia after endotracheal intubation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pharyngalgia after endotracheal intubation were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Houning Aerosol Inhalation combined with auricular point therapy.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of pharyngalgia and Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 hours and 24 hours of treatment,the scores of VAS of pharyngalgia in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the BCS score increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of VAS of pharyngalgia in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and BCS score in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Houning Aerosol Inhalationcombined with auricular point therapy has a significant clinical effect on pharyngalgia after endotrachealintubation,which can obviously mitigate the postoperative pharyngalgia and discomfort with great safety.
