道医独龙针“坎卦针”治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察道医独龙针“坎卦针”治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法将72例颈型颈椎病患者分为试验组和对照组各36例。试验组采用道医独龙针“坎卦针”治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较2组治疗前后30 min疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎活动度(ROM)评分,并比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组ROM评分均升高(P<0.05),且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率94.4%,高于对照组83.3%,但2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:道医独龙针“坎卦针”治疗颈型颈椎病效果显著,能够即时缓解患者疼痛,改善颈椎活动度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangua Needling of Dulong Needling in Taoist medicine on cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 72 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The trial group was treated with Kangua Needling of Dulong Needling in Taoist medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The Visual Analogue Scale of Pain(VAS)and range of motion of cervical vertebra(ROM)before and after treatment 30-minute,and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ROM scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the ROM score in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.4%in the trial group,higher than that of 83.3%in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangua Needling of Dulong Needling in Taoist medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis,which can immediately relieve pain and improve cervical motion.
