摘 要:目的:探究丙泊酚联合芬太尼在无痛电子支气管镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年6月于新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院行无痛电子支气管镜检查的80例患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予利多卡因麻醉,观察组给予丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉。比较两组镇静有效率、药物起效时间、生命体征及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组镇静总有效率高于对照组(P=0.021)。两组药物起效时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.334)。麻醉前,两组心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、收缩压(SBP)、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉后,观察组HR、RR、SBP、SpO_(2)均低于麻醉前及同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丙泊酚联合芬太尼在无痛电子支气管镜检查中的应用效果较好,能够稳定患者的生命体征,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of propofol plus fentanyl in painless electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent painless electronic bronchoscopy in the 4th Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Con-struction Corps from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was anesthetized with lidocaine,and the observation group was anes-thetized with propofol and fentanyl.The effective rate of sedation,drug onset time,vital signs and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of sedation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.021).There was no significant difference in the drug onset time between the two groups(P=0.334).Be-fore anesthesia,there was no significant difference in heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and trans-cutaneous oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).After anesthesia,the HR,RR,SBP and SpO_(2) in the observa-tion group were lower than those before anesthesia and those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Propofol plus fen-tanyl has a good effect in painless electronic bronchoscopy,and can stabilize the vital signs of patients with a high safety.
