摘　　要：猫抓病(CSD)是汉塞巴通体通过猫、狗等宠物接触或抓咬后侵入人体引起的良性感染性疾病,多为自限性疾病。但CSD无典型临床症状,易误诊或漏诊。该文分析1例肝脾型CSD病患儿的临床症状、诊治过程,旨在为临床诊断、治疗提供参考。Cat-scratch disease(CSD)is a benign infectious disease caused by Bartonella henselae invading the human body after in contact with or being scratched by cats,dogs and other pets,most of which are self-limited diseases.However,CSD has no typi-cal clinical symptoms,which easily lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.This article analyzes the clinical symptoms,diagno-sis and treatment process of a child with hepatosplenic CSD,aiming to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
