摘　　要：目的:分析干燥综合征(SS)合并妊娠患者妊娠丢失的影响因素。方法:选取2017年1月—2024年8月于台州市天台县人民医院就诊的64例SS合并妊娠患者进行研究,根据妊娠结局分为妊娠成功组(n=42)和妊娠丢失组(n=22)。抽取患者清晨空腹静脉血,检测血清抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体、抗核抗体及抗Ro-52抗体水平,统计患者的年龄、孕前体质量指数、SS病程及抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体、抗核抗体及抗Ro-52抗体阳性率,分析SS合并妊娠患者妊娠丢失的影响因素。结果:SS病程、抗SSA抗体阳性及抗核抗体阳性是SS合并妊娠患者妊娠丢失的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:SS病程、抗SSA抗体及抗核抗体阳性与SS合并妊娠患者妊娠丢失有关,临床应根据患者的具体病情,及时进行干预,从而改善SS患者的妊娠结局。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors for pregnancy loss in patients with Sjögren syndrome(SS)complicated with pregnancy.Methods:A total of 64 patients with SS complicated with pregnancy who were admitted to Tiantai People's Hospital of Taizhou City from January 2017 to August 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into pregnancy success group(n=42)and pregnancy loss group(n=22)according to pregnancy outcomes.The fasting venous blood of the patients in the early morning was collected.The levels of serum anti-SSA antibody,anti-SSB antibody,antinuclear antibody and anti-Ro-52 antibody were detected.The patient's age,pre-pregnancy body mass index,SS course and the positive rates of anti-SSA antibody,anti-SSB antibody,antinuclear antibody and anti-Ro-52 antibody were counted.The influencing factors for pregnancy loss in patients with SS complicated with pregnancy were analyzed.Results:The SS course,positive anti-SSA antibody and positive antinuclear antibody were independent influencing factors for pregnancy loss in patients with SS complicated with pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SS course,positive anti-SSA antibody and positive antinuclear antibody are related to pregnancy loss in patients with SS complicated with pregnancy.In clinical setting,timely intervention should be carried out according to the specific condition of patients,so as to improve the pregnancy outcome of SS patients.
