强力枇杷露联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨强力枇杷露联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年1月莎车县托木吾斯塘乡镇卫生院收治的慢性支气管炎患者82例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合强力枇杷露治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间及炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034);与对照组比较,观察组喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣音消失时间更短(P<0.001);治疗后,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:强力枇杷露联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果较好,可缓解患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of strong loquat syrup combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods:From September 2023 to January 2024,82 patients with chronic bronchitis who were admitted to Shache County Tuomuwusitang Township Health Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and the observation group was treated with strong loquat syrup on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time and levels of inflammatory factora were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).The disappearance time of wheezing,cough,expectoration and wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of white blood cell count and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strong loquat syrup combined with ambroxol hydrochloride has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
