摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室系统化皮肤管理联合体位护理在妇科长时间手术患者压力性损伤预防中的应用效果。方法:选择于兰州市妇幼保健院(2020年6月—2021年12月)行妇科手术治疗的100例患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50,实施常规护理)和对照组(n=50,实施手术室系统化皮肤管理联合体位护理)。两组均持续护理1个月。对比两组压力性损伤发生率、护理满意度及住院时间。结果:观察组压力性损伤总发生率较对照组低,护理满意度较对照组高(P=0.046);观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手术室系统化皮肤管理联合体位护理在妇科长时间手术患者压力性损伤预防中的应用效果较好,能够降低压力性损伤发生率,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic skin management combined with postural nursing in operating room on preventing pressure injury in patients undergoing long-term gynecological surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent gynecological surgery in Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital(June 2020-December 2021)were selected for the study,and they were divided into observation group(n=50,routine care)and control group(n=50,systematic skin management combined with positional care in the operating room)according to the random number table method..Both groups received continuous nursing for 1 month.The incidence of pressure injury,nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P=0.046);The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of systematic skin management combined with postural nursing in operating room on preventing pressure injury in patients undergoing long-term gynecological surgery has good effects,and can reduce the incidence of pressure injury,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.
