针灸联合医院-家庭病床一体化干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究针灸联合医院-家庭病床一体化干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月无锡市锡山区羊尖镇卫生院收治的82例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各41例。对照组给予医院-家庭病床一体化护理,试验组在对照组基础上使用针灸辅助治疗。比较两组干预效果、运动功能、日常生活能力、肢体痉挛程度及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组干预总有效率比对照组高(P=0.026)。干预后,两组运动功能、日常生活能力评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床痉挛指数评分均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:针灸联合医院-家庭病床一体化干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果显著,能改善患者的运动功能,减轻肢体痉挛,提高其日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To study the application effect of acupuncture combined with hospital-home bed integrated intervention in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,82 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Yangjian Town Health Center in Xishan District of Wuxi City were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received hospital-home bed integrated intervention,and the experimental group received acupuncture adjunctive therapy on the basis of control group.The intervention effect,motor function,daily living ability,limb spasticity degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The total response rate of intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.026).After intervention,the scores of motor function and daily living ability in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of clinical spasticity index in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture combined with hospital-home bed integrated intervention in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia has a significant effect,and can improve the motor function of patients,relieve limb spasticity,im-prove their daily living ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
