社区治疗管理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析社区治疗管理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年9月北京市延庆区珍珠泉乡社区卫生服务中心收治的102例社区老年高血压患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施社区治疗管理。比较两组血压、血脂水平及自我管理能力。结果:干预后,两组血压水平均低于干预前,且观察组比对照组更低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均高于干预前,且观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05);两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平均比干预前低,且观察组比对照组更低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我管理能力各项评分均高于干预前,且观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:社区治疗管理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果显著,能够控制患者的血压和血脂水平,提高自我管理能力。Objective:To analyze the application effect of community treatment management in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 102 elderly patients with hypertension who were admitted to Beijing Yanqing District Zhenzhuquan Township Community Health Service Center from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine management,and the observation group received community treatment management on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure,blood lipid level and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the blood pressure levels in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides and total cholesterol in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-management ability in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of community treatment management in elderly patients with hypertension has a significant effect,and can control the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients and improve their self-management ability.
