摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理模式在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选择无锡市人民医院消毒供应中心2019年10月—2020年10月实施常规管理的375件医疗器械作为对照组,选择2020年11月—2021年10月实施PDCA循环管理的375件医疗器械作为试验组。比较两组手术器械灭菌合格率、清洗质量及包装质量。结果:试验组手术器械清洗、除锈率、呼吸管道清洗、灭菌物品合格率均比对照组高(P<0.001)。试验组精细类器械、管腔类器械、钳类器械、器皿类器械评分及总分较对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组器械摆放、包装材料、器械组合、包装闭合评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:PDCA循环管理模式在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果较好,能够提高手术器械灭菌合格率、手术器械洗涤及包装质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management mode in the management of surgical instru-ments in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 375 medical devices under routine management by the Disinfection Supply Center of Wuxi People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the control group,and 375 medical devices under PDCA cycle management from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the experimental group.The surgical instru-ment sterilization pass rate,cleaning quality and packaging quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical instrument cleaning,rust removal rate,respiratory pipeline cleaning and sterilized item pass rates in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The scores of fine instruments,luminal instruments,forceps instruments and uten-sils instruments and total scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of in-strument placement,packaging materials,instrument combination and packaging closure and total scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management mode has a good application ef-fect in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center,and can improve the pass rate of surgical instru-ment sterilization,the washing and packaging quality of surgical instruments.
