摘  要:中频功率电缆是承担中频功率传输的主要媒质。大长度两相中频高压(≤30 kV)电源线复合电力电缆的功率传输性能设计具有一定的特殊性。在考虑材料、杂质、几何尺寸等因素对绝缘击穿强度的影响和制约后,对该复合缆电源线绝缘的介质耐压强度进行了设计;在同时考虑绝缘击穿强度、电缆本身电容、工作频率的影响和制约后,对该复合缆功率传输极限长度(最大理论使用长度)进行了设计。经检测,3 km长复合缆试样通过了24 kV、5 min的直流耐压试验和400 Hz、4.2 kV、1.8 A的连续中频加载试验,可满足实际工程应用。The medium-frequency power cable is the main medium for transmitting medium-frequency power.The power transmission performance design of composite power cable with large-length two-phase medium-frequency high-voltage(≤30kV)power cords has certain peculiarities.After considering the influence and constraints of factors such as materials,impurities,and geometric dimensions on the insulation breakdown strength,the dielectric withstand voltage strength of the composite cable power line insulation is designed.After considering the influence and constraints of insulation breakdown strength,cable capacitance,and operating frequency,the power transmission limit length(maximum theoretical usage length)of the composite cable is designed.After testing,the 3km long composite cable sample has passed the 24kV,5 min DC withstand voltage test and 400 Hz,4.2kV,1.8 A continuous medium-frequency loading test,which can meet practical engineering applications.
