摘  要:磁悬浮线路供电用电缆属于中频中压馈电电缆,其设计不同于标准中压电缆,必须解决中压馈电电缆在中频下产生的异常电压降和温升问题。根据磁悬浮线路供电系统既定条件,通过理论推导发现电缆敷设后轴间距在中频工况下对电缆电压降有着较大影响,因此利用材料的特性进行选型、优化电缆结构尺寸,并且通过大量的试验数据验证,最终实现定制型中频中压馈电电缆在特定条件下(频率500 Hz、供电时间10 s、每2 h一次脉冲、最大瞬时载流5 kA、额定工频耐压35 kV)的安全可靠运行,满足了磁悬浮线路供电系统的应用需求。The power supply cables for maglev lines belong to medium-frequency medium-voltage feed cables,and their design is different from standard medium-voltage cables.It is necessary to solve the problems of abnormal voltage drop and temperature rise caused by medium-voltage feed cables at medium-frequency.Based on the established conditions of the maglev power supply system,it is found through theoretical deduction that the axle spacing after cable laying has a significant impact on the voltage drop of the cable under medium-frequency working conditions.Therefore,by utilizing the characteristics of materials for selection and optimization of cable structure dimensions,and through extensive experimental data verification,the safe and reliable operation of customized medium-frequency medium-voltage feed cables under specific conditions(frequency of 500Hz,power supply time of 10s,pulse every 2hours,maximum instantaneous current carrying capacity of 5kA,rated power frequency withstand voltage of 35kV)is ultimately achieved,meeting the application requirements of maglev line power supply systems.
