摘　　要：在2024年的一場春夜喜雨中,司法部預防犯罪研究所司紹寒博士贈我一部他剛剛出版的力作《司法行政制度比較研究》。司紹寒研究員長期致力於法學研究領域,又曾在司法外事部門工作過,與我共事.多年。後我赴港工作,又逢疫情,故許久未見。坐下來之後,他講述了期間發生在他身上的罕見疾病,其與疾病甚至死神不屈不撓對峙的場景,師長、同學、同事、親友們的無私幫助和支持,以及他奮不顧身在病床上構思,寫作、修改本書的過程。In a 2024 spring night,which saw the descent of a pleasant drizzle,Dr.Si Shaohan with the Institute for Crime Prevention,Ministry of Justice presented me with a book he had just published,A Comparative Study of Judicial Administration Systems.Dr.Si has long been committed to the research of law,and had once been my colleague for many years at the Department of Judicial Assistance and Foreign Affairs,Ministry of Justice.We had not seen each other for long due to the COVID-19 pandemic after I went to work in Hong Kong.That night,when we finally met,he recounted the rare disease that had struck him when we were apart,his tenacious fight against the disease and even death.
