摘  要:聚氨酯弹性材料具有良好的防水、抗腐蚀、抗变形、抗冲击及抗低温开裂等优点,被应用于桥梁装配式无缝伸缩装置中。该类伸缩装置是由聚氨酯弹性结构层(弹性伸缩构件和弹性找平层)和跨缝组合钢板(跨缝齿板和型钢整体成型)组成的复合结构,刚柔协同工作,车行平稳且耐久性好。以某企业桥梁装配式无缝伸缩装置为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,分别计算两种工况下,在车辆载荷作用下各构件的应力分布及变形状态。计算结果表明:弹性伸缩构件最大应力均小于3 MPa,竖向变形量小于0.15 mm;该类型伸缩装置具有较好的承载能力。最后详细阐述装配式无缝伸缩装置安装工艺及流程,该工法安装便捷高效,可有效助力快速化施工作业。Polyurethane elastic material has the advantages of good waterproof performance,corrosion resistance,deformation resistance,impact resistance and lowtemperature cracking resistance,and is used in the assembled seamless expansion and contraction device for bridges.This type of expansion and contraction device has a composite structure composed of a polyurethane elastic structural layer(elastic expansion and contraction component and elastic levelling layer)and a spanning combination steel plate(spanning tooth plate and integral forming of section steel)which work with rigid-flexible coordination,with stable travelling and good durability.Taking the assembled seamless expansion and contraction device for bridges from an enterprise as the research object,its finite element model is established,and the stress distribution and deformation state of each component under the action of vehicle load under two working conditions are calculated respectively.The calculation results show that,the maximum stresses of elastic expansion and contraction components are all less than 3 MPa,and the vertical deformation is less than0.15 mm;this type of expansion and contraction device has a good bearing capacity.Lastly,the installation technology and process of the assembled expansion and contraction device are elaborated in detail,and this method of installation is easy and efficient,which can effectively boost the rapid construction operation.
