摘 要:针对地铁齿轮箱吊杆连接螺栓在运行过程中存在断裂风险的问题,以地铁某型号齿轮箱为研究对象,基于地铁运行的实际情况,建立齿轮箱及吊杆螺栓的力学模型。分别在正转和反转条件下,对齿轮箱启动及短路等典型工况下螺栓的强度进行分析计算,校核其应力幅,并借助有限元软件进行仿真分析。计算和仿真结果显示所选螺栓的强度安全可靠,能够满足地铁车辆在不同工况下的工作需要。为增强螺栓的可靠度和使用寿命,根据计算分析结果提出相关改进措施,为后续研究提供参考。In response to the fracture risk of the suspender connecting bolts of the metro gearbox during operation,a metro gearbox is taken as the research object,and based on the actual situation of the metro operation,a mechanical model of the gearbox and suspender bolts is established.Under the conditions of forward and reverse rotation,the strength of the bolts under typical working conditions such as gearbox startup and short-circuit is analyzed and calculated,the stress amplitude is checked,and simulation analysis is carried out by using finite element software.The calculation and simulation results show that the strength of the selected bolts is safe and reliable and can meet the needs of metro vehicles under different working conditions.To enhance the reliability and service life of the bolts,relevant improvement measures are proposed based on the calculation and analysis results,providing a reference for subsequent research.
