摘  要:湿式离合器是分动器差速锁的重要组成部件,其性能直接影响四驱车辆在不良路面上的通过能力。介绍差速锁离合器在分动器传动系统中的位置、离合器自身结构,以及差速锁离合器在实际工程应用中的工作原理与操纵方式。分析摩擦片、活塞、回位弹簧等离合器组成零件的作用、重要参数的计算方法以及设计要点。为测试所设计湿式离合器的转矩容量与可靠性,结合实际运行工况制定试验载荷,对装配有差速锁离合器的分动器进行静扭试验与疲劳寿命试验。试验结果表明差速锁在运行过程中工作正常,性能满足设计要求,设计方法正确。Wet clutch is an important component of the locking differential of the transfer case,and its performance directly affects the traffic ability of four-wheel drive vehicles on poor roads.The position of the locking differential clutch in the drive system of the transfer case and the structure of the clutch itself are introduced,as well as the working principle and operating mode of the locking differential clutch in practical engineering applications.The functions of clutch components such as friction discs,pistons and return springs,calculation method of important parameters and design points are analyzed.To test the torque capacity and reliability of the designed wet clutch,the test loads are developed based on the actual operating conditions,and static torque tests and fatigue life tests are carried out on the transfer case fitted with a locking differential clutch.The test results show that the locking differential works normally during operation,the performance meets the design requirements,and the design method is correct.
