摘 要:伸缩臂叉车是广泛应用于建筑工地、工矿企业仓库和其他工地上起升、运输、堆放砖头、木材、钢材等的高空作业设备。臂架为伸缩臂叉车工作装置的主体,长期承受高强度、重负荷作业,极易出现焊缝开裂、疲劳失效等故障。为保障产品安全性及可靠性,设计过程中采用有限元方法对臂架强度进行分析,并通过试验验证方法,采集应力,佐证分析方法的准确性,同时,考虑产品的耐久性,应用S-N曲线进行疲劳寿命预测,最终通过台架试验验证预测方法的有效性,从而固化为基于有限元方法分析伸缩臂叉车臂架结构设计的方法。Variable-reach truck is a kind of aerial work equipment widely used in construction sites,industrial and mining enterprise warehouses and other sites to lift,transport and stack bricks,timbers and steel.The boom is the main body of the working device of the variable-reach truck,which is subjected to high-intensity and heavy-load operations for a long time and is very prone to faults such as weld cracking and fatigue failure.To guarantee the safety and reliability of the product,the finite element method is used to analyze the strength of the boom during design,the method is verified through tests,and the stresses are collected to prove the accuracy of the analysis method.At the same time,considering the durability of the product,the S-N curve is applied for fatigue life prediction,and the effectiveness of the prediction method is finally verified through bench tests,thereby solidifying it as a method for analyzing the boom structure design of the variable-reach truck based on finite element method.
