摘　　要：隔膜阀是一种特殊形式的截断阀,利用软质材料制成的隔膜,将阀体内腔与阀盖内腔隔开,具备良好的密封效果,广泛应用于食品行业、生物制药行业以及工业水处理等工业领域。通过研究气动、电动和手动3种隔膜阀的结构特点以及应用现状,得出隔膜阀的优势及研发过程中的设计原则,包括材料的选择要求、阀体结构、介质流道粗糙度以及材料性能要求等,确保隔膜阀能够具备较好的气密性、较高的耐蚀性以及较强的耐用性。Diaphragm valve is a special form of cut-off valves,in which,the diaphragm made of soft materials separates the valve body cavity from the valve cover cavity,with good sealing effect,and is widely used in industrial fields such as food industry,biopharmaceutical industry and industrial water treatment.By studying the structural characteristics and application status of pneumatic,electric and manual diaphragm valves,the advantages of diaphragm valves and the design principles in the research and development process are obtained,including the selection requirements of materials,valve body structure,roughness of medium flow channel and property requirements of materials,to ensure that diaphragm valves can have good air tightness,high corrosion resistance and strong durability.
