某型号发动机振动问题处理措施的研究

摘　　要：振动值是发动机运行状态的重要参数之一,通过对发动机振动值的监测,可以提早发现发动机运行过程中的潜在故障。某型号发动机振动值监控系统通过采集发动机前、后两个振动传感器的信号以及发动机低压转速和高压转速信号,经转速跟踪滤波器,计算出发动机的低压和高压振动值。经分析,发动机振动值增加或超限的原因主要包括监测系统故障,发动机风扇叶片、压气机叶片、涡轮叶片磨损或安装不平衡引发故障,以及发动机轴承磨损引发故障等。列举某型号发动机低压、高压振动典型的故障现象,并对其进行诊断分析,研究制定具体的修理方案,从而实现发动机振动值的降低。可为后续其他型号发动机振动值的研究提供一定的技术支持。Vibration value is one of the important parameters of engine operation status,and the potential faults in the engine operation process can be detected at an early stage by monitoring the engine vibration value.The vibration value monitoring system of a type of engines collects signals from two vibration sensors at the front and rear of the engine,as well as signals of the engine at lowpressure speed and high-pressure speed,and the low-pressure and high-pressure vibration values of the engine are calculated through a speed tracking filter.After analysis,the reasons for the increase or overrun of the engine vibration value are identified,mainly including faults of the monitoring system,faults caused by the wear or unbalanced installation of the engine fan blades,compressor blades or turbine blades,and faults caused by the wear of the engine bearings.The typical fault phenomena of low-pressure and high-pressure vibration of an engine are listed,diagnosed and analyzed,and a specific repair plan is studied and developed to reduce the engine vibration value.It provides certain technical support for the subsequent research on the vibration value of other types of engines.
