摘　　要：肛裂是临床常见的肛门直肠疾病,有的需要手术治疗,对于未达到手术指征的患者,可通过中药内服有效改善症状,甚至达到临床治愈。本文总结史仁杰教授运用十全育真汤治疗血虚肠燥型肛裂的思路,同时附验案2例。Anal fissures are common clinical disorders of the anorectal region, with some cases requiring surgical intervention. Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the symptoms and even cure the patients not meeting the criteria for surgery. This article summarizes Professor Shi Renjie's approach of treating anal fissures due to blood deficiency and intestinal dryness with Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction. Additionally, two cases are presented as illustrations.
