邱丽娟主任运用蜀葵膏治疗孕妇炎性外痔临床经验

摘　　要：炎性外痔是妊娠期妇女常见的肛门疾病之一,属于中医学“痔”的范畴,以肛门肿胀和疼痛为主要临床表现。怀妊期间发生的炎性外痔,首先选择保守治疗,保守治疗无效时方能选择手术治疗。保守治疗当以缓解症状为主,尤其是缓解疼痛,否则易影响孕妇的日常生活,甚者可使骶神经反射性收缩子宫而导致孕妇流产。中药外敷治疗具有简单便捷、见效迅速等优点,邱丽娟主任遂自拟蜀葵膏方治疗妊娠期妇女的炎性外痔,并在临床实践中取得显著疗效。笔者有幸师从邱丽娟主任门下,学习相关理论知识及临床经验,现将其总结以飨读者。Inflammatory external hemorrhoids,one of the common anal diseases in pregnant women,belong to the category of hemorrhoids in traditional Chinese medicine,with anal swelling and pain as the main clinical manifestations.When inflammatory external hemorrhoids occur during pregnancy,conservative treatment should be the primary option,and surgical treatment should be selected only when conservative treatment is ineffective.Conservative treatment should mainly relieve symptoms,especially pain,otherwise it may affect the daily life of pregnant women or even cause uterine contraction by sacral nerve reflex and lead to abortion.The external application of traditional Chinese medicine is simple and convenient and functions rapidly.Qiu Lijuan prepared the hollyhock extract to treat inflammatory external hemorrhoids in pregnant women and achieved remarkable effect in clinical practice.Under the guidance of Qiu Lijuan,the author learns the relevant theoretical knowledge and clinical experience and summarizes it for sharing.
