摘　　要：近年来,五运六气学说在中医界掀起了一阵热潮。笔者导师袁怡师承顾植山教授,为龙砂医学流派主要传承人,其近年来潜心学习五运六气理论,并将五运六气及六气针法运用到临床疾病诊疗中,屡获良效。本文介绍袁师运用运气思维治疗内科杂病的医案4则,以飨同道。In recent years,the theory of five circuits and six qi has sparked a wave of enthusiasm in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.My supervisor Yuan Yi has been under the guidance of Professor Gu Zhishan and is a main inheritor of the Longsha medical school.She has devoted herself to learning the theory of five circuits and six qi,and has applied this theory and the related needling methods in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,achieving satisfactory results.This article introduces four cases of miscellaneous internal diseases treated by Yuan Yi based on the theory of five circuits and six qi,aiming to share experience with peers.
