摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种育龄期女性常见的生殖内分泌紊乱疾病,无排卵或稀发排卵性排卵障碍是PCOS不孕的主要原因之一,运用中药、针灸等方法可有效改善PCOS的各种症状。“态靶辨治”是仝小林教授提出的在现代医学基础上形成的一种新型中医辨证论治方法,其结合现代医学与传统医学对疾病进行诊治,基于此辨证方法确定靶向方靶向药以治疗疾病。由于PCOS的针灸治疗临床应用越来越普遍与完善,故基于“态靶辨治”下相关靶向穴的探讨与选择也有了重要意义。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common reproductive endocrine disorder in women of childbearing age.Anovulation or oligoovulation is one of the main causes of infertility due to PCOS.Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and moxibustion can alleviate the symptoms of PCOS.State-target differentiation and treatment is a new syndrome differentiation and treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine that is proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin based on modern medicine.This method combines modern medicine and traditional medicine to diagnose and treat diseases,and determines targeted prescriptions and drugs based on disease state differentiation.As the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion is increasingly common in the treatment of PCOS,the discussion and selection of targeted acupoints based on state-target differentiation and treatment demonstrate great significance.
