摘  要:可自主移动的单元超前液压支架作为液压支架的一种特殊类型,一方面,单元超前液压支架具备较高的支撑力、良好的稳定性和适应性,成为解决复杂施工环境问题的有效手段;另一方面,可自主移动的单元超前液压支架能够实现快速安装、调节和拆卸,且支撑力稳定可靠,有助于提高施工效率并降低安全事故风险。单元超前液压支架的搬运系统有多种方法,利用刮板转载机作为基座的移动方式,可大幅提高搬运效率,降低搬运安全风险。在设计搬运系统时,需要从承载能力、行走速度、调整范围等方面进行综合考虑,牵引装置的设计也要考虑工作面的实际情况,统筹布置空间。As a special type of the hydraulic support,on one hand,the self-moving unit advanced hydraulic support has high support force,good stability and adaptability,making it an effective means to solve complex construction environment problems.On the other hand,the self-moving unit advanced hydraulic support can realize rapid installation,adjustment and disassembly,and its support force is stable and reliable,which is helpful to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the risk of safety accidents.There are many methods for the carrying system of the unit advance hydraulic support.In this paper,the use of the scraper transfer machine as the moving mode of the base could greatly improve the carrying efficiency and reduce the carrying safety risk.When designing the carrying system,it was necessary to comprehensively consider the carrying capacity,moving speed,adjustment range and other aspects.In addition,the design of the traction device should also take into account the actual situation of the working face and coordinate the layout of space.
