摘  要:聚焦了矿井提升机井架的稳定性分析与安全评价,讨论了井架结构与工作原理,介绍了井架稳定性分析方法,研究了提升井架在不同工作条件下的受力情况以及影响稳定性的因素,探讨了井架的应力计算方法和实际应用。以某矿井架为例进行分析,得到结论:临界载荷是井架稳定性分析的重要一环,这是井架开始失稳的负荷水平;将理论计算和实测应力值进行比较,两种数值基本一致,说明计算和测试方法是有效的。The stability analysis and safety evaluation of mine hoist derricks were described,and the structure and working principle of the derrick were discussed.In addition,the stability analysis method of the derrick was introduced,and the stress situation of the hoisting derrick under different working conditions and the factors affecting stability were studies.Then,the stress calculation method and the practical application of the derrick were described.Taking a certain mine derrick as an example for analysis,the conclusion was drawn that the critical load was an important part for the stability analysis of the derrick,which was the load level at which the derrick began to lose stability.Comparing the theoretical calculations with the measured stress values,the two values were consistent,indicating that the calculation and testing methods were effective.
