摘　　要：2024年10月(2024年10月1日00:00至10月31日24:00),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾省,下同)共报告法定传染病563 572例,死亡2 253例。与上月相比,报告发病数下降4.5%,死亡数减少68例。甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中,除新型冠状病毒感染外,共报告发病300 134例,死亡2 253例。除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉、新生儿破伤风和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告外,报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、登革热和百日咳,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的92.1%。In October 2024 (from 00:00, 1 October to 24: 00, 31 October), a total of 563572 cases of notifiable communicable diseases, including 2253 deaths, were reported in China (except Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan Province, the same below). Compared with last month, the reported case count decreased by 4.5%, and reported death count decreased by 68. In communicable diseases in class A, No case and no death were reported. In communicable diseases in class B, a total of 300134 cases including 2253 deaths, were reported except COVID-19. Except severe acute respiratory syndrome, poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus, diphtheria, neonatal tetanus and human infection with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus which had no reported cases and deaths.
