水利工程中大型泵站的安全运行管理分析

摘　　要：为有效提升中大型泵站的安全运行管理,文章重点探讨了大型泵站机电设备及运行管理现状、存在的主要问题以及相应的管理措施。管理人员和一线工作人员的综合能力低下、机电运行管理体系不规范以及技术力量缺失是当前大型泵站安全运行管理面临的主要问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了打造高素质、高质量的泵站管理队伍、建立健全泵站的安全运行管理制度以及规范大型泵站运行管理等措施。希望可以有效提升水利工程中大型泵站的安全运行管理水平,确保泵站的高效、稳定运行,为水利工程的可持续发展提供有力保障。In order to effectively improve the safety operation management of large and medium-sized pumping stations,this article focuses on discussion of the current situation,main problems,and corresponding management measures of mechanical and electrical equipments and operation management of large pumping stations.The major problems in the safety operation and management of large pumping stations include the low comprehensive abilities of management staff and workers,the non-standardized mechanical and electrical operation management system,and the lack of technical strength.For the purpose of solving these problems,this article proposes measures such as building a high-quality pump station management team,establishing the efficient rules for safety operation management of pump stations,and standardizing the operation and management of large pump stations.It is hoped that the safety operation and management level of large pumping stations in water conservancy projects could be effectively improved to ensure the efficient and stable operation of pumping stations,that could provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of water conservancy projects.
