摘　　要：水利工程建设进度管理属于整个水利工程建设管理的重要部分,对工程建设效益会带来直接影响。对此结合某航道船闸工程建设实际,分析工程建设进度管理及风险控制措施。结果表明,在水利工程建设中需要充分了解工程情况,结合工程建设现场环境分析影响工程建设进度的因素,并以此为根本,设定针对性的风险控制措施,从而保证水利工程建设的有序推进。The construction schedule management of water conservancy projects is an important part of the entire water conservancy project construction management,which directly affects the benefits of engineering construction.Based on the actual situation of a waterway ship lock construction,this paper analyzes the construction schedule management and risk control measures of the project.The results show that it is necessary to make thorough understanding of the engineering situation,analyze the factors that affect the construction progress of the project based on the construction site environment,and work out targeted risk control measures to ensure the orderly promotion of water conservancy project construction.
