摘  要:无人碾压系统利用北斗卫星导航系统、智能感知设备、自动控制技术以及无线通信等尖端技术手段,实现了对大坝仓面碾压轨迹、碾压遍数、振动状态等关键指标的实时监控和可视化引导。通过结合无人碾压系统建立的质量动态实时监控与预警机制,在实际工程应用中有效减少了大坝填筑过程中的超压和漏压现象,满足了混凝土面板堆石坝施工过程中监控和管理的需求,从而提升了大坝填筑的质量与效率。By utilizing the sophisticated technologies including the Beidou satellite navigation system,intelligent sensing equipment,automatic control technology and wireless communication,the unmanned compaction system has realized the real-time monitoring and visual guidance of key indicators such as compaction track,compaction times and vibration state.The dynamic real-time quality monitoring and early warning mechanism based on the unmanned compaction system could effectively reduce the over compaction and missing compaction in dam filling process,satisfy the requirement of monitoring and management in the construction of the concrete-face rockfill dam,and improve the quality and efficiency of the dam filling.
