摘　　要：本文报道了1例李斯特菌脑膜炎合并肺部感染的病例,患者急性起病,病情危重,通过血培养、脑脊液培养联合宏基因组第二代测序(mNGS)诊断为李斯特菌败血症合并脑膜炎。患者双侧胸腔积液,病情进展出现肺炎。通过正确应用抗菌药物,并先后进行脑室外引流术和脑室腹膜引流术,患者病情逐渐改善,最终遗留癫痫部分发作出院。This paper reported the diagnostic and therapeutic experience in a case of Listeria monocytogenes sepsis and meningitis combined with pulmonary infection.In this case,the patient presented acutely and was in critical condition.Listeria monocytogenes sepsis was diagnosed by blood culture and meningitis was confirmed by cerebrospinal fluid culture combined with next-generation sequencing(mNGS).The patient had bilateral pleural effusions and progressed to pneumonia.With the use of antibiotics,external ventricular drainage and ventricular peritoneal drainage,the patient gradually improved and was eventually discharged with a mild seizure.
