四氟苯菊酯防蚊网防蚊效果的研究

摘　　要：目的测试评估四氟苯菊酯防蚊网的长效杀蚊效果。方法依据《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第5部分:电热蚊香片》(GB/T 13917.5—2009)及《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第10部分:模拟现场》(GB/T 13917.10—2009)检测方法对1000 mg/片四氟苯菊酯防蚊网进行防蚊效果评价。结果室内药效试验中,四氟苯菊酯防蚊网在所有测试时段对致倦库蚊的半数击倒时间(KT_(50))均小于6 min;模拟现场药效试验中,四氟苯菊酯防蚊网在1800、2400 h时段对致倦库蚊1 h击倒率均为100.00%;室内药效试验及模拟现场药效试验结果均达到国家标准A级。结论四氟苯菊酯防蚊网持续杀蚊效果好,具有良好的应用前景。Objective To evaluates long-lasting mosquito killing effect of transfluthrin anti-mosquito net.Methods The evaluation of efficacy of transfluthrin anti-mosquito net was conducted according to the Laboratory Efficacy Test Methods and Criterions of Public Health Insecticides for Pesticide Registration-Part 5:Vaporizing mat(GB/T 13917.5-2009)and Laboratory Efficacy Test Methods and Criterions of Public Health Insecticides for Pesticide Registration-Part 10:Analogous site(GB/T 13917.10-2009)test methods.Results The median knockdown times(KT_(50))were all below 6 min in the laboratory efficacy test.The 1 h knockdown rates were both 100.00%at 1800 and 2400 h in the analogous site test.The results of laboratory efficacy test and analogous site test reached the national standard A level.Conclusion The transfluthrin anti-mosquito net shows a good long-lasting mosquito control effect and has a good application prospect.
