摘　　要：目的了解廊坊市病媒生物控制效果,为创建国家卫生城市提供科学依据。方法2023年对廊坊市安次区、广阳区、开发区的鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊进行密度调查,鼠类采用鼠迹法,蚊虫采用路径法、勺捕法、人诱停落法,蝇类、蜚蠊采用目测法。采用Excel 2010软件对数据进行计算与分析,评价病媒生物控制效果。结果鼠类:室内鼠迹密度为0.54%,重点行业防鼠设施合格率为97.34%,外环境鼠类密度控制水平路径指数为3.04处/km;蚊虫:小型积水路径指数为0.61处/km,大中型水体蚊虫平均采样勺指数为0,外环境停落指数为0.53只/(人·次);蝇类:室内成蝇密度为3.20%,阳性间蝇密度为2.50只/间,防蝇设施合格率为97.10%,外环境蝇类孳生地密度控制水平阳性率为4.86%;蜚蠊:蟑迹阳性率为3.20%,蜚蠊成若虫侵害率为0.24%,查获蜚蠊均为德国小蠊,未查见大蠊及卵鞘。结论通过全面开展病媒生物控制活动,2023年廊坊市建成区鼠、蚊、蝇控制水平综合评定为C级,蜚蠊控制水平综合评定为B级。一些重点场所和单位仍存在病媒生物控制不到位现象,需进一步完善重点场所病媒生物的密度控制和防蝇防鼠设施建设,定期开展病媒生物控制效果调查评估,通过评估掌握城市达标情况。Objective To investigate the effect of vector control in Langfang City,so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of national health city.Methods The density of rodents,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in Anci District,Guangyang District and Kaifa District of Langfang City was investigated in 2023.Rodents were monitored by tracing method,mosquitoes by path method,spoon method and human attraction and landing method,flies and cockroaches by visual observation method.Excel 2010 software was used to calculate and analyze the data.And the effect of vector control was evaluated.Results Rodents:The rodent traces indoor,the pass rate of rodent prevention facilities in key industries and the path index of the external environment were 0.54%,97.34%and 3.04 places per km,respectively.Mosquitoes:The path index of small waters,the average sampling spoon index of large and medium-sized waters and the landing index of external environment were 0.61 places per km,0 and 0.53 mosquitoes per person,respectively.Flies:The density of adult flies in indoor environment was 3.20%,the density of flies in positive room was 2.50 flies per room,the pass rate of fly prevention facilities was 97.10%,and the positive rate of fly breeding density control level in external environment was 4.86%.Cockroaches:The positive rate of cockroach trace and the infestation rate of cockroach nymphs were 3.20%and 0.24%,respectively.All the cockroaches were Blattella germanica,and no Periplaneta and ootheca were found.Conclusion Through the vector control activities were carried out in an all-round way,so that the comprehensive evaluation of rodents,mosquitoes and flies control level in the built up area of Langfang City was level C,and the comprehensive evaluation of cockroaches control level was level B.Some key sites and units still have inadequate vector control,need to further improve the vector density control and the construction of fly and rodent control facilities in key places,carry out regular the investigation and evaluation of the e
