摘  要:目的通过分析不同气象条件与蚊虫防制效果的相关性,为蚊虫防制提供理论依据。方法使用诱蚊灯法收集并观察不同场所蚊虫密度变化情况,以防制当日平均风速、平均温度、平均湿度和平均气压作为自变量,防制前后蚊虫密度下降程度作为因变量,采用多元逐步回归分析气象因素对蚊虫防制效果的影响,不同生境防制前后蚊虫密度比较采用t检验。结果影响蚊虫防制的主要气象因素平均风速为1.98 m/s,不同生境中蚊虫防制效果均达到70%标准要求,差异有统计学意义(t=3.792,P<0.05);以防制当日该地的平均风速、平均温度、平均湿度、平均气压4个气象条件与防制前后蚊密度下降程度进行多元逐步回归分析显示,在概率值P<0.05水平下,蚊虫防制效果与当日平均风速、平均湿度呈正相关,与平均温度、平均气压呈负相关。结论蚊虫防制过程中选择上升气流,风速变化不宜过大或过小,可延长灭蚊药剂在空间的悬浮时间,提高防制效果;选择低温、较高湿度气象条件,农药不易挥发损失,可避免拟除虫菊酯类药物的负温效应,提高蚊虫综合防制效果。Objective To analyze the correlation between different meteorological conditions and mosquito control effect,so as to provide a theoretical basis for mosquito control.Methods Mosquito trap lamp method was used to collect and observe the changes of mosquito density in different places.The average wind speed,average temperature,average humidity and average pressure on the day of prevention and control were taken as independent variables,and the decrease degree of mosquito density before and after prevention and control was taken as dependent variable.Multiple stepwise regression was used to analyze the influence of meteorological factors on mosquito control effect.T test was used to compare mosquito density before and after prevention and control in different habitats.Results The average wind speed of the main meteorological factors affecting mosquito control was 1.98 m/s.The mosquito control effect in different habitats reached 70%standard requirements,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.792,P<0.05).The multivariate stepwise regression analysis of the average wind speed,average temperature,average humidity and average pressure on the day of prevention and control and the decrease of mosquito density before and after prevention and control showed that at the level of probability value P<0.05,the control effect of mosquito was positively correlated with the average wind speed and average humidity on the day,and negatively correlated with the average temperature and average pressure.Conclusion In the process of mosquito control,with the updraft,and the moderate change of wind speed,so as to prolong the suspension time of insecticides in space and increase the control effect.Under low temperature and high humidity meteorological conditions,insecticides are not subject to volatilize and lose,and avoid the negative temperature effect caused by pyrethroids,which is conducive to improving the comprehensive control effect of mosquitoes.
