摘  要:目的调查吉隆口岸鼠形动物及其携带病原体的情况。方法2023年使用鼠笼法捕获鼠形动物,分类鉴定鼠形动物种类并采集鼠形动物肝、脾、肾、肺等脏器,检测鼠疫杆菌、汉坦病毒、钩端螺旋体、伯氏疏螺旋体、立克次体、巴尔通体病原体。结果在吉隆口岸捕获鼠形动物42只,经鉴定共计5种,分别为黄毛鼠、黄胸鼠、针毛鼠、小家鼠、黑家鼠,其中优势种为黄毛鼠(42.90%)和黄胸鼠(42.90%)。从捕获的鼠形动物肝脏中检出巴尔通体核酸阳性4例,检出率为9.52%。结论吉隆口岸鼠形动物存在巴尔通体自然感染,应加强相关监测工作并采取有针对性的防控措施。Objective To investigate murine animals and the pathogens they carry in Jilong Port.Methods In 2023,murine animals were captured using rat-cage traps,classified and identified rodent species,then collected their livers,splenic organs,kidneys,lungs to detection pathogens such as Yersinia pestis,Hantavirus,Leptospira,Borrelia burgdorferi,Rickettsia,Bartonella.Results Forty-two murine animals were captured in Jilong Port,and a total of five species were identified,namely,Rattus losea,Rattus tanezumi,Niviventer fulvescens,Rattus rattus,and Mus musculus,of which the dominant species were Rattus losea(42.90%)and Rattus tanezumi(42.90%).4 cases of Bartonella nucleic acid was detected positively in the livers of captured murine animals,the detection rate is 9.52%.Conclusion Murine animals in Jilong Port are naturally infected with Bartonella.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and take targeted control measures.
