摘 要:蚊媒密度监测是蚊媒传染病控制的基础。高效的蚊媒监测工具对评估环境蚊媒密度,进而准确评估蚊媒传染病传播风险具有重要意义。BG-trap作为新型的蚊媒监测工具,具有高效、操作简单的优点,目前对BG-trap的研究主要包括引诱剂优化,如优化模拟人体气味引诱剂,二氧化碳及产生途径,生物诱饵等;BG-trap的适用性;BG-trap在蚊媒控制方面的作用。本文通过系统阐述BG-trap的研究进展,以期为进一步优化BG-trap,开发优良的蚊媒监测工具,评估、控制蚊媒传染病传播风险方面研究提供参考。Vector density surveillance is the basis of mosquito-borne infectious disease control.Efficient mosquito surveillance tools are of great significance for assessing environmental mosquito density,and evaluation of risk transmission of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.As one of the latest mosquito monitoring tools,BG-trap has proved to be simple,highly efficient.The existing research towards BG-trap mainly includes:optimization of attractants,such as optimizing simulated human odor attractants,carbon dioxide and its production pathways,biological baits,etc;applicability of BG-trap;application of BG-trap in mosquito control.This paper has interpreted and elaborated these research results of BG-trap,aiming to provide references for the control of mosquito-borne diseases,risk assessment,and clues to improve BG-trap and to develop other mosquito monitoring tools.
