盐酸乙胺丁醇联合利福平治疗结核分歧杆菌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨盐酸乙胺丁醇联合利福平治疗结核分歧杆菌的临床价值。方法 选取2017年1月—2022年1月我院收治的结核患者132例,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组65例和对照组67例,在强化期间两组均采用利福平、异烟肼,乙胺丁醇以及吡嗪酰胺等药物治疗,在巩固期间,观察组采用盐酸乙胺丁醇联合利福平治疗,对照组实施异烟肼联合利福平治疗。结果 治疗2、4个月后,观察组患者的结核分枝杆菌杆转阴性率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月观察组患者发生的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸乙胺丁醇联合利福平治疗结核分枝杆菌的疗效显著且副作用发生率降低,具有较好的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ethambutol hydrochloride combined with rifampicin in the treatment of mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods A total of 132 patients with tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=65)and a control group(n=67)according to different treatment methods.During the intensive treatment,rifampicin,isoniazid,ethambutol and pyrazinamide were given in both groups.During the consolidation period,ethambutol hydrochloride combined with rifampicin was used in the observation group,and isoniazid combined with rifampicin was used in the control group.Results After 2 and 4 months of treatment,the negative rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the overall response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethambutol hydrochloride combined with rifampicin is effec-tive in the treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and has a reduced incidence of side effects with a good clinical value.
